Favorite class at VSB and why?

Macroeconomics, because it was an introduction to the global reach of the economy, and provided insights into the impact of policy and regulation both on industrial performance and international politics.

Most important thing you learned?

The importance of self-management. The staff was very knowledgeable and accessible, but responsibility lay squarely on your shoulders, as a student, to seek advice. Also, nearly all my VSB classes included a project/presentation component. Learning how to distill research and information into a format that you can clearly and concisely articulate to others is a skill that is paramount in my responsibilities today.

Favorite Villanova memory?

Rushing the Wells Fargo center court after upsetting #2 Kansas in 2005...a meaningful win, at the time.

What are you currently reading?

I try to keep up with a number of periodicals, including the New York Times and the Economist. Also currently reading The Mandibles.
