Favorite class at VSB and why?
Geography. I graduated with 42 credits in accounting, so I needed a break! Geography afforded me that break and also turned out to be useful in my later life. You truly never know.
Most important thing you learned?
I learned that it was more important to be a friend then to have a friend. The latter will take care of itself. I lived on campus for four years with the same group of guys and we are all returning for Homecoming, our 40th! These are the people who helped make me the individual I am today. We have all remained close and continued the friendship that started with a simple handshake in Fedigan Hall in the fall of 1972.
Favorite Villanova memory?
I have countless Villanova memories…the majority of which I cannot recount here. However, the highlight is that I met my wife of 33 years here.
What are you currently reading?
I am reading The Martian by Andy Weir. It’s a nice, easy read.
