Favorite class at VSB and why?

My favorite was Accounting with Professor Monahan; he would get so energetic when discussing the topic and his cheeks would get rosy from his energy. I ended up getting a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova and a CPA. He was inspirational and made this technical (some would say dry) topic so engaging and fun to learn.

Most important thing you learned?

One person can make a difference, and you should follow your principles.

Favorite Villanova memory?

My favorite memory is sitting in front of Bartley Hall on a beautiful day under a beautiful tree with “Group 35” on my orientation day. I loved the campus, the breeze and the students that would become friends at the beginning of my journey at Villanova.

What are you currently reading?

I love history and was intrigued by this new 2015 publication called Philadelphia Liberty Trail. It provides a wonderful journey through Olde City Philadelphia written by Larissa and Michael Milne. It’s an excellent guidebook through a key part of American history that is right in our backyard.
